At GEELY I worked as part of a team to create clay models for internal reviews, within this role I utilised sketch modelling, slicking down milled models, working with 3D printed parts, scanning with GOM machines, learnt how to operate Kolb conceptline evo CNC milling machines.

Main project (interior) included; disassembly of armature, re-loading for milling, slicking down door card and b pillars. Preparing for presentations. Hard modelling interior parts, carpet fitting and final assembly.
Exterior work included; slicking down milled model, di-nocing, removing air, wheel re-adjustments, wheel arch liners, hard modelling.

In this role, I provided help & guidance for MA, BA & Mdes automotive and transport design students in creating clay models at various design stages.

Sketch modelling for a design interns bachelor thesis, loading clay models, cleaning arches, shutlines on 1/3 scale model, recycling clay, cleaning the studio, slicking up seat for an interior presentation. 6 week 1/4 scale clay model project from design to painted finish with 3D printed & milled hard parts.
